Re: [RC] [RC] Heart Monitor electrodes - Kristen A Fisher

I use a neoprene girth. I have a wide soft velcro strap that goes
around the girth and the electrode sticks to it. I have never had a
problem with it rubbing my horse and I use my HRM for almost every
single mile I'm on him. I believe the strap came with my HRM? You
might want to check with Roger Rittenhouse (http://www.vmaxept.com/)
to see if he has such a thing.

Yes, his HRMs come with a piece of velcro that you wrap around your girth
[it sticks to itself] and the electrode then sticks to the soft side if to
[the side that touches the horse]. I use a string girth which would probably
hold the electrode but since it came with this strap I use the strap.
