We are going to lease some property with pasture land.  It will be the first 
time that I will have my horses in my backyard.  (whee!)

Because it is leased land, my hubby is hesitant to sink a lot of money into 
the barn...Yet, I know what happens to pasture in the rainy season and so I 
would like a barn so I can brush them, etc, out of the rain and mud.

Anyone know where I can buy a used barn or inexpensive barn?  I am looking 
for a 6 stall breezeway style.  I plan to keep the 3 horses in 3 stalls on 
one side of the breezeway and then store hay and have a tack area on the 
other.

I will be moving to Winters CA which is near Davis and Sacramento.
