Re: [RC] cinch irritation - Tracey Smith

Does not take long...but mine is wool/neoprene combo and actually normally dries out over night unless it is very damp.  I do always bring an extra to rides with me just in case it is still damp but here in Texas it is normally fine by morning.

Regarding the wool fleece cinches and girths.......

What the heck do you handle riding in the cold, wet, mucky, muddy winter,
let's say you do a really long ride in the rain and come back with a wool
cinch soaked with sweat, mud and manure.....and gosh darn, you have
another horse to ride that day or one tomorrow......just have a lot of
cinches to be able to swap until the first one dries out? How long does
that take in the winter?

Don't even think I'm going to put it in my elderly, cranky washing
machine....
