Also, what about the preferences of the riders?  Very few riders have posted that they actually *prefer* shorter horses...most want something 15.0h or more, and that seems to be the prevailing attitude among riders that I've heard express opinions in person.  Maybe there would be more 14.1h horses on this list if riders weren't selecting for taller horses?  Just a thought...
