We called them at 4 am on the first day we were on the road for a transmission problem. They got a mechanic on the phone in the area to give me advice. Then less than ten hours after that, we were on the phone with them again when Roxanne's horse got cut in the trailer and needed stiches. They found a really nice veterinary hospital only fifteen minutes from where we were on the interstate in Missouri. Then, on the way home we thought we had a another transmission problem and they found another mechanic in the area. So within two weeks on a 6000 mile trip, I feel I got my $109 worth! I highly recommend US Riders to anyone with horses on the road.
