I have a 2 year old filly that feels she has to rear whenever we want her to do something she doesn't like - farrier, vet, haltering, worming, fly spraying, etc.  Does anyone have ANY tips to get her to calm her butt down and behave?  It's getting really frustrating!
Drive her butt forward from the hip and around you about 20 laps if she even thinks about it.Keep her nose tipped in towrds you so she can't kick you. Pretty soon it will be more work to rear than just do what she's supposed to.  She's got a sticky front end and you need to fix that.
