And if it were to happen, except for the requirements that a lot more money be spent to provide for all of the FEI special rules, the rest of Tevis would go on as it always has. I rode at the Ft. Howes ride and on the next day crewed for a FEI competitor, and a different AERC competitor. I decided that I will never do an FEI ride, it is just not my thing, but there was no real interference with the AERC competition. . The vet checks were a bit more formal, but because the FEI system was efficient things went very smoothly.
