BTW- I cannot imagine ANY reason why the USA flag was incorrect.
Probably for the same reason Americans flew the Canadian flag upside down during the national anthems at the MLB World Series several years back Pure ignorance. Look at the cap, it was probably made in China or El Salvador or some other third world country under horrible conditions by young women from a tiny village making 3 cents an hour. There probably was no ulterior motive there, so let's not go looking for one.
