Here is a trick I used on a cordura pad I had that was slippery.I took heavy duty sticky back velcro (got the "industrial strength" from Home Depot), 3" wide, and the length of the pad and used the scratchy loop side. It then created a grippy surface. Two strips the length of the pad. I also applied it to the under side of a Wintec. saddle :0)

Just one more set of personal experiences...  I also ride a Wintec, and
had no problems at all with the regular Skito pad slipping.  But I did
think I was getting too much heat buildup, and I switched to the Skito
dryback--again, no slipping, and I do think it has solved our back heating
issues.

I have not used an Equipedic.
