[RC] sight unseen/scammers - A. Perez

OK, legit buyers may buy sight-unseen, but the scammers almost
always (1) are oversees (2) offer to buy the horse based only on
the ad info, no questions asked (3) can't spell to save their
lives (4) almost always claim to be an agent for the buyer (5)
almost always mention a shipping agent or cashiers check in
their first email (6) get details of your ad wrong (refer to
stallion when horse is a mare, etc)

Having advertised horses and a trailer on-line, I get scads of
these emails. They stick out like sore thumbs. If I don't just
delete them, I respond 'Aren't you supposed to be from Nigeria?,
and I never hear back from them.
