RE: [RC] [RC] Mosquitoes and riding tights - Laurie Durgin

I wonder if some of the "natural ' sprays would work? Citronella etc? Or maybe even try a vinagar mist?

As you all probably know, mosquito spray destroys the
spandex in riding tights. So what do you all do?
Sacrifice your legs as mosquito meals to save your
tights, or sacrifice a few pairs of tights a year to
the damages of DEET to save your blood? Or??? I
cringed this weekend when I sprayed Off on my brand
new tights, but I couldn't stand another bite on my
outer thighs and calves (we were in the great mosquito
haven, Minnesota) Kristi iluvdez at yahoo dot com
