Imagine being mounted for battle and having
a horse be able to jump up in the air and then kick out with the hind feet in
unison. Wow! Talk about a serious counter-attack!
Xenophon (sp?) I believe you are speaking of. Also, the movements
(airs above the ground) that the Lippizan stallions of the Spanish Riding
School were trained in were for fighting battles.
