Hi Cora: Re Tevis shoeing, if you have not trained with these types of shoes or any other equipment prior to Tevis, unless it brakes, don't change it.

Hi All who ride Tevis,
Do you prefer borium or drive-in studs for the front shoes at Tevis? Does one type or the other cause too much grip or torque?
