Re: [RC] MoM - Steven Proe

Hi Folks: I have seen all types of ingredients used on horses. My reply is based on a simple thought, if the horse does not normally ingest an ingredient and it is used to prevent, correct or cure a potential or real effect during a ride. Again I say that it is a treatment.

I am not saying that this is legal or illegal, what I am saying is that if my horse needed Milk of Magnesia or Malox to compete or FINISH. I would not use it during a event.

It would be clear to me that something was not right with the horse and that is more important to me than the event or competition points or award.

just my thoughts

thx.

Is it still considered "treating the horse" if mixed with electrolytes? And, what about mixing the electrolytes with Maalox?
