[RC] Informal Clinic/Discussion on Completing 100 Milers at Liberty Run - Stagg_Newman

Informal Clinic on 1-Day 100s

For anybody who aspires to complete a 1-day 100 or just to learn more about Endurance Riding

We are going to do an informal clinic Saturday evening, May 29,  at the Liberty Run ride
on Completing 100s.  Will share with whoever would like my thoughts on
-Conditioning and Training your Horse for 100s
-Conditioning and Mentally Preparing Yourself for 100s
-Pre-ride preparation from before you leave home to ride start with emphais on planning your pace
-The ride from the horse, rider, and crew standpoint
-Post ride care

This will be a informal discussion.  Any other 100 mile riders who would like to join in and share
information are welcome to do so.

For those not familiar with my background I have a bit of obsession with 100 milers,
having completed over 40 1-day 100s and having been blessed to have two excellent 100 miles horses who have taught me a lot,
-Ramgewa Drubin - 33 one-day 100s completed (AERC HOF).
-Jayel Super - 10 one-day 100s completed.
