[RC] Bruce Weary/Frank Solano - Dot Wiggins

Thanks guys. You both put things in such a nice perspective.
I like the "marathon" comparison. Very applicable.
And I like Frank's "endurance rider" vs. "rider" comment. Know some of
both.
As someone with some "endurance" miles (probably not going to grow much)
and some "LD" miles (hopefully still to grow) I would sure not like to see
them all lumped in one number. I like them separate. And I'm proud
those miles, and the horses that gave me all of them, which ever distance.

Riding alone is when you teach a horse all the "tools" and "cues" he needs
to handle the trail, to hold a speed, deal with hills, etc. It's also where
you develop the "bond" that causes him to "defer" to you before losing his
cool.
