Freeze 1/3-1/2 of your water bottle/container.Seems just about right for a Georgia summer training ride.Or if i/m out half the day or so I 1/2 freeze one bottle and whole freeze the other.

I've never thought of trying that...good idea!  Got a ride coming up next
