[RC] Biltmore 100 - John Teeter

The first 6 are in to the 73 mile vet gate for their 30 min. hold. In
order of pulse down is shown below. These folks are basically all in a
bunch, but the time to reach pulse criteria (3min for Jayel Super up
to 10 min for Kim Orr is telling the difference in placement. It is a
bit unusual to see people in the top 10 at 70 miles shift 4 placements
based on pulse-down time -- conditioning pays off.

Angie says there are thunder heads rolling in - people are ducking under 
their tents if they got them.
