[RC] best saddle for gaited endurance horse - Ed Kilpatrickthe synergist should be a good choice. if you dont want to spend that much, though, the bighorn endurance model is built on the same tree as the synergist. i use the bighorn, model 119 with a 15 inch seat. i have used it on paso finos and a couple of TWHs and it worked very well for them. it has the centerfire rigging, so you dont have to worry much about girth rubs, either. you can get a new one for about $450. ed
