Dr. Balch,

I will not ask you to post your email in this public forum.  Rather I will post 
mine in a manner in which I hope it will present so that you can send your's to 
me privately.  I will be glad to provide some of the information on performing 
barefooted that you have requested.  I may need some time to gather some of it, 
but my horse has competed sucessfully for 3 years now and almost all of it has 
been completely barefoot.  Once he was shod to protect a puncture injury to his 
heel and twice because of the terrain to be competed on.
