I have it real bad in my right elbow, I blew it out putting up hay several years ago. I've had 4 Cortisone shots, eletromagnetic therphy & I use a arm band all most all of the time. As you can tell I've had a flare up again. I'm interested in trying this if it will help. Please tell me how much to take & where I might go to find it. You can email me privately if you want.
