Good news, I've found something to obsess over while I'm healing. My
horses (the ones with white legs) get a "dew poisoning" or photosensitivity
reaction in mid to late summer. I've tried many things to avoid or treat
it to no avail. I've been told it?s a plant in my pastures causing it but
get a variety of opinions on 'which' plant. So I've been researching on
the internet and have printed pictures of suspect plants. Now I get
to go on a pasture hunt from hell. (Doc says I can walk) I will
be armed with as much Round-up as I need. Sounds time consuming but what
else do I have to do? Oh yea, groomed everybody yesterday (they look like
show horses) and got a farmer's tan (does that count?). Worked on teaching
the project/abused horse that clippers are not evil incarnate. Got about
half of his bridle path done (hey that IS progress). Appreciate the
motivation.
