[RC] more on death - RENESPONY

the usually way of euthanasia around here is to bring the horse {if you can)
to his grave or resting site (or trailer) and tranq the crap out of him till
he can hardly stand before administering the real drugs that kill him. they
pass out and die instantly with out the twitching and convulsing that nobody
wants to watch.
as far as slaughter, don't think that that's a guarantied death. you never
know what auction house, feed lot or dealers back yard your horse could end
up in.
especially if your horse looks OK, and can use all 4 legs, he could be passed
around from barn to barn, dealer to dealer, and who the hell knows what could
happen to him.
where do you think some of these seedy hack lines get their horses?
and if you bury a dead horse, i wouldn't tell everyone, cause it could be
illegal in some areas (like Massachusetts)

                                                                   RENE
