[RC] Retired/ President cup - Steve Elliott (EQUINE PERFORMANCE)Some one tell me what Retired means? (rabbit) in the UAE Presidents race seems that Ceaser lead the race till the 2 second loop. the interview was " i had it planned this way from the beginning to retire at the 2 second loop", "the horse just doesnt have a BASE on him" " my goal is the World cup race".
