I got a pair of waterproof/windproof pants from Super walmart for 24$, the ones with pockets are 29.00$.They also have some jackets for 44.00 and 69.00$ in the coat department.I am watching them to go on clearance(any time now, this is in the Hiram , ga. store.)some of the other stores don't have them or sell out quicker.If you sew Fabricline(on the web) has a special of waterproof ,breathable fabric , goretex or generic for 10. yd in 3 yard bundles.
