According to this data, it > takes more

Gee thanks April...you ruined my day. :-P  I walked 6 miles
yesterday...jogging *maybe* 200 yards of that. I'm going to pretend it
works differently for humans. >g< (please don't hunt up any articles on
that)

I plugged the numbers into a spreadsheet using the KER data. 

Sounds like you have *way* too much time on your hands. Must be flooding
as bad there as it is here.
