Exactly and if I recall we had a bumper year for dead horses in 2002. So before we go jumping off doing this or that it sure would be nice to have reliable data on what, when and why as Terre suggested.

But Maryben, horses STILL die. And they will die if you make the pulse criterion 56, or 46 or 26!! Some people are just @$$holes and no amount of legislation or regulation will keep them from killing their mounts! Scott
