[RC] Anyone remember -- 80's 400 mile pioneer ride? - Roberta Jo Lieberman

...was there a Pioneer-type ride in the 1980's, that was =
something grueling like 400 miles, 80 miles a day for 5 consecutive =
days? It was supposedly somewhere in the west ...

When I brought Rushcreek Ingrid home to Maryland from Doc Munson's Shalimar
Arabian Ranch In Nebraska in 1979, I was told that she had been ridden on a
400-mile, cross-country-type ride as a 4-year-old, from St. Joseph's, MO to
Santa Fe (?) by a teen-aged boy. It would be great if anyone had more info.
