[RC] Rascals wierd teeth - Laurie Durgin

Well vet came out(fit me in). Couldn't do anything though, then. They are his canines, out of place. They should be more forward near his front teeth, but they are closer to his back teeth, right where a bit would lay.Since he only has about 4" of space between front and back teeth and the canines are halfway on top and 1/3 of a way on bottom , they will have to be 'dug out'(ouch) or he can never be comfortable in a bit and he goes around "cruching" his teeth .Eating grain slower too.
The vet will come out when the ground is 'dryer ' and there are more people to help"roll him over" as he will have to tranqualize him and lay him down to do it. Says they are about 3 or 4" long and will have to be "cut out".(daughter was home and talked to vet,I had to be out).
I am trying to ride him in the hack for now, with some adjustment in our riding schedule.I'd almost think about staying in a hack, and not have them cut out, but the "crunching thing concerns me. ,maybe he is doing it for "fun" or maybe they are irraitating him somehow. Plus I can't figure out how to get "rounding" exercises in a hack .? Laurie and Rascal the "whatarethoseteeth?"
