Re: [RC] McClellan saddles - A. Perez"Does anyone know where I can get an older version McClellan saddle in good shape that I might use for riding?" If you have never ridden in one of these saddles before, I HIGHLY suggest you do so before spending money on one. When I was a kid, a friend of mine had one, and it was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on: bareback was preferable, even on her high-withered, high spined pony. They have NO padding, for the horse or for the rider: just leather over a wooden tree. The only good thing about it was the center-fire rigging. I'd try ebay, if you really want one! ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
