We require Coggins at all NATRC rides in Texas  whether the state requires
it or not.  I believe in Texas at a gethering of horses a coggins is
required.  Sue

That site give the different state regulations. They differ state to

state.

In California, the only time we needed a coggins was to go to an event in

a

state that required it, or if you came IN to California from another

state.

But those IN the state of California did not need to have a coggins. Some
states require just those horses who compete. (some require a test when
sold)  Be sure to know YOUR state requirements, and those of the state you
might travel to.
