Re: [RC] New Riders - rides2far*************Which brings up an interesting question...just how many RIDERS have been killed by HORSES during an endurance ride? I've been at this since 1988. I've been at one ride where a horse died, and one where a rider died. The rider had a heart attack...which was probably a pre-existing problem that may have been triggered by competition. For all I know what got the horse may have been the same situation.
