Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

Is there not a way to amend those laws like we amended our Constitution (man, I hope it's not that difficult)?  The  amendment abolishing slavery comes to mind.  What does it take to amend AERC by-laws since the initial set of them was established 30 some years ago in someone's kitchen?
