Yes, we have a real problem here (and the other countries).  I am a sun lover 
by nature, but I'm really very cautious when it comes to exposure.  Our sun 
screen factors (mine, at any rate) runs to 30+.  I have been very naughty in 
riding with sleeveless tees, but I think this season I have to start covering 
up.  My main problem is that shirts stick to skin which annoys me terribly, so 
I think I'll do some research into cycling clothing.

The Australians have a very good sun protection program - all the kids go to 
school in wide brimmed hats and swim in long sleeve (or 3/4 sleeve) swimsuits 
designed by the Cancer Association.
