I suspect that the concern here is that Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and all those close-to-the-ozone-hole countries have HORRENDOUS rates of skin cancer. I met a young man at the marina in Cyprus who had sailed in on a boat from South Africa and who had served time in the army in Namibia. He had some extremely impressive scars on his back and one of my kids asked him where they came from, thinking like a kid some accident or being shot at. In fact, they were scars from having lesions removed....and he had been wearing shirts all the time.

enforcement? In dry climates the long sleeved cotton shirt thing may work
but in the SE you gotta get as neked as possible. Anyway, "scrubbery" is
