[RC] Regional organizations - Michael Maul

Actually I think it's the other way around - most regions don't have strong or even any organizations. W and PS certainly don't have any. I don't know of one in NE or MT either although there may be one.

Of the regions with organizations - SE and NW are the most obvious. In the CT region - there are several organizations. OCER, TERA and TETRA. Which would issue points?

I think a "national" regional points system under a uniform standard helps hold the endurance community together.

JMO though.
