Steph,

I guess I am confused here. Are you proposing doing away with bonus 
points for top 10 and top 10 in weight divisions and awarding everyone 
one point per mile (except 1.5 points per mile for 1 day 100's) and 
basing awards on that; or are you proposing doing away totally with 
regional awards?
