And this is EXACTLY what so many of us have problems with the program!
Adopting for the wrong reason. They are getting one of these horses because
they are cheap. Who says that all horses are high dollar? Look around, go to
auctions. There are PLENTY of horses out there, in need of homes, that are
under $1000. Rescue agencies have horses offered to them daily. Many have
nothing wrong with them, except the owner can no longer care for the animal.
