OK, fine.  It's time.  After Allison was bucked off my 17.1 hand Percheron mare (and got back on), she said "Mommy, ponies are shorter and it's not as far to the ground."

A truer statement was never made.

Please forward this to anyone you might know with the right pony.

I'm looking for a 10-13 hand pony, exceedingly patient with children.  Prefer a pony that can walk and trot quietly off lead.  We always begin with round pen work on the lunge, but Allison has begun riding off lead and needs a pony capable of helping her continue to gain confidence.  Steering is a major plus.  Brakes are good too.

Age, color, breed, sex are unimportant.  Minor soundness issues can be dealt with.  No cribbers please.

Would love a lease for board, but will purchase the right pony if that option is unavailable.  Also have saddles for trade if that's something you want.
