[RC] [Guest] Spook Run WARNING - Ridecamp Moderator

Teresa Finnerty nanjo@xxxxxxxxx
"The carbon monoxide came from the fridge and that was the only thing we had on at the time. The fridge was running on propane. This trailer is only 3 years old."

This is the information I received from the RV dealer that is working on the fridge.
This was not from another exhaust supply beside the trailer.
The problem was the fridge was not sealed right and it was able to vent out into the living quarters.
A large company built the living quarters and took some very serious short cuts. The cabinet was not sealed 100% and the carbon dioxide was reburned to make carbon monoxide.
I have had problems with the exhaust coming back into the trailer before and they figured it was rust falling into the system that caused it and we never had the fridge out to check it.
The levels when they checked it this morning was 65 which is fine for a short time to be in but we had been in the trailer from about 8 pm to 7:30 am and that is a long time.
If you are building a trailer maybe spend the money and have it checked or get somebody else to do that part.
I'm beginning to think we are not cats with nine lives.
I posted my story so others won't have the same or worse happen to them. Life is to short.
Teresa
