Hi Ridecampers in San Bernardino /Forest area, and Simi Valley.   I personally can take five horses. The immediate neighbors can take 6  or more. Neighbors  had two from Alta Loma, but they are home again. There are a few boarding stables in our area. We could probably absorb about 30 or 40 horses in this town of Glendora. At least.

I got a phone number for Cal Poly Pomona  . 909-869-4988   I believe they can take a number of horses.

This weekend , the folks in La Verne and San Dimas were evacuating to Fairplex in Pomona and to Industry Hills Equestrian Center. Fairplex phone number is  909-865-4090. The animal shelter in Pomona is 909-623-9777.

Industry Hills address is 1600 Temple Ave, City of Industry. Their phone number is 626-854-2370, fax number is 626-810-0234.

 I am not sure if Santa Anita is taking horses, because the race meeting is on, but I have a phone number for them. 626-574-7223 or 626-574-6402.  I understand that friends of friends in San Diego County were taken in by Del Mar Race track.
