To bad this thread doesn't
die as fast as some of the horses have. I still say the best way to start
someone, is to ride with an experienced rider. All the talk about
sanctions and punishment is closing the barn after the horse is out/dead.
Remove the money rides out of the equation. No mileage. No
sanctioning. No big kudos to be sold for big bucks. The AERC does not need all
of that to continue to grow and succeed. Sponsor the newbies, and stop the
