[RC] Update: Starving Horses in NJ - Wendy Mancini

   I wrote to Barbara for further information.  Below is her reply.  They
have set up a website with full info.  I went to the site, if you want to
see the photos you must click on "Photo Gallery".  Be prepared,  this brings
tears to your eyes
