[RC] OT - mini horse from Texas to California - Typef
I've got a client who is buying a mini from Texas
and lives in California. The Texas owner says he only needs a coggins and
"health papers". I had mentioned to him a Brand Inspection, since I had to
have one from Idaho. Does anyone know if Texas requires those also?
