Re: [RC] bowed tendon - Gary - A. Perez

As your critic pointed out: "horses are flesh and blood, not
only machines " ... and thank goodness for that: it means they
can HEAL!  Like most injuries, bowed tendons have varying
degrees of severity.  Only time will tell how thorough a
recovery your horse will make.  There is no reason to write your
horse off before seeing how well he heals.

As a human who has 'bowed' both my tendons, I certainly hope I'm
not washed up for life!
