[RC] headaches - A. Perez

 Yes, dehydration definately could do it.  Get yourself a
fannypack with water-bottler holders, stick some Tylenol and
munchies in it and USE it!  Take care of yourself like you would
your horse!

 Fatigue is another factor.  Are you getting up much earlier
than usual when you volunteer at rides?  That always gives me a
headache (and sometimes nausea).  Schedule breaks for yourself
where you can find someplace relatively quiet to sit or lie
down, close your eyes and relax for awhile.  A radio or book-on
tape to listen to may help you relax and prevent boredom or
restlessness. 

 Sun exposure is another possible factor, especially if you
aren't used to it.  Wear sun glasses and a hat, and try to spend
as much time in in the shade as you can.
