Sandy bolinger Sbolinge@xxxxxxx
I had back surgery about 6 days ago. Had a microscopic discectomy and laminectomy at L4-5. PRESURGERY MRI showed severe stenosis and a bulging disc. This had been a longstanding problem starting about nine years ago when I injured my back..Since then I have been able to do less and less...riding, runing and the last couple of months even walking was hard. Sooooo...I would love some input from anyone who has been through back surgery...any ideas on good exercises, stretches, etc and how long until I can ride??? Any one out there doing 100s after having surgery?? (My doctor doesn't have a clue about the riding part!) You can e-mail me privately at Sbolinge@xxxxxxx Thanks ---Sandy Bolinger
