Maryben, I had the same problem with Abraham when he was on Purina 
Athelete.  We were at Castle Rock and his pulse wouldn't come down at the 
lunch stop.  Later it was determined that it was the Athelete.  You are 
right - we know our horses best and the vets are there to help us make the 
right decision.  But if we think that decision is wrong on that particular 
day then we should take the bull by the horns and pull.
