If it even gets to the courts. In Oregon, the Medical Examiner or Deputy Medical Examiner can make that decision on the spot, but ofcourse the family can try to get a court injunction, but as P says, the courts will win, and everyone but the laywers will lose.

If you die under suspicious circumstances, your family will not be able to
stop an autopsy from being done.  The court will order it.
