I was just having a "discussion" with a guy that told me
once I replace the engine my truck will never run /pull as
good as the original. Thats why I put this question out to
y'all :)

Personally I think paying 4-5K for a new engine sure beats
the heck out of 30-40K for a newer truck PLUS adding higher
insurance pmts PLUS taking on that *EZ monthly pmt plan*.
<gasp>  I was just wondering what y'alls experience was.
